Fall Mini Session Success

I had a blast a few weekends ago for the Fall Mini Sessions in Bluffton, IN. The weather was perfect, the schedule was full, and I got to visit with some amazing families. I am planning on more Mini Sessions in the future. Here are few of my favorites!

Family :: Carroll and Palmer Family

This evening was fun, all day it kept calling for rain, so I was positive I would have to reschedule. NOPE! The rain held off and the sun stayed out while I was getting to know the Carroll Family (and Palmer Family!)

Some kiddos were not in the mood for pictures at first, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. By the end, kids were running around and even smiling for me. Something about a pregnant lady behind a camera must be funny.

Miller Family :: Summer Session

I love these kids! I brought suckers to tempt them until the session was over (a photographer tip for those of you out there!) and I got lots of good smiles for those suckers. I had a great evening with this family in Bluffton.

Family/Maternity :: Smekens

So many girls, poor Chad {or should we say LUCKY Chad?} I had a great time with this crew tonight. I am so happy things dried up and weren't a soggy mess at my favorite place to get nature shots. The young ladies were so polite and easy to photograph! This was part maternity shoot too, I am glad baby girl stayed in long enough to get this session in. I can't wait to meet the young lady in a few weeks at her new born shoot!

Senior 2016 :: Dakota

This young man has been my neighbor forever! My husband was his coach, I was his teacher . We adore Dakota and his old soul. He is a great young man and I can wait to see what he does in the future! Here are few samples from his shoot tonight (we threw his girlfriend Abby in a few too! - I just can't resist a cute couple.)

Caralyne & Skylar

These young loves were such troopers tonight. We stomped through mud and bugs to get some really great shots! I loved working with a couple who would laugh at each other. RIP Caralyne's shoes.
